Plastic Bumper Damage is:
Holes or tears regardless of size.
Dents larger than 2 inches.
Note: Generally scrapes/scratches to the bumper are not chargeable damage.
Body, Wheel and Metal Bumper:
Any dent/scratch/scrapes larger than 2 inches.
Holes and tears regardless of size.
Glass Damage is:
A star or scratch larger than an inch.
Burn Damage is:
Any hole or burn mark larger than a quarter inch.
Hail Damage is, not likely.
Any hail damage is damage.
